Job summary

UN Atlas seeks an ICT Assistant to deliver first‑line technical support to UN agencies in Islamabad, ensuring reliable ICT services and accurate recordkeeping. You will handle incidents, assist with asset management, and contribute to monitoring and cost‑recovery reporting.

Minimum 3 years of ICT support experience is required, with proficiency in Windows/Microsoft 365, networking basics, and service documentation. Experience with UN or international organizations is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years ICT technical support experience.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, Wi‑Fi.
Experience in ICT asset management and service documentation.
Experience with UN or international organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide first‑line ICT support and troubleshooting for computers, peripherals, software, and connectivity issues for designated client agencies.
Install, configure, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of ICT equipment and network devices.
Record, monitor, and resolve ICT incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues as needed.
Maintain inventories and records of ICT equipment, including allocation, installation, relocation, and handover.
Prepare monthly ICT service delivery reports detailing activities, outstanding requests, and performance issues.
