Job summary

UN is seeking an ICT Assistant (Contract) in Islamabad, Pakistan. TheIndividual Contractor will report to the Chief, Field Technology Unit and support ICT operations, including troubleshooting computers, peripherals, software, connectivity, and network devices.

Responsibilities include incident management, recording and resolving ICT incidents, and escalating complex issues to senior technical staff. The deadline for applications is 9 November 2026.

• Network and Equipment Support: Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of ICT equipment and network-connected devices.
• Incident Management: Record, monitor and resolve assigned ICT incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical personnel.
