We are seeking a hands‑on, technically sound Instrument & Electrical Engineer to manage the safe, reliable, and secure operation of site electrical systems, instrumentation, and OT cybersecurity infrastructure. Operating within a high‑hazard bulk liquid and chemical storage terminal, this position balances daily preventive and corrective maintenance with project execution, vendor supervision, and technical reviews to ensure continuous terminal availability.

MOC for equipment/system modifications, logic changes and temporary repairs
b. JSA and PSSR requiring formal approval
c. HAZOP, SIL/LOPA and other formal process safety reviews
d. AR/PR and CAPEX expenditure as per LOAM/approval matrix
e. Major equipment replacement and obsolescence decisions
f. Revision of controlled procedures, SOPs and engineering documents

h. Leave approval of I&E technicians
i. OT cybersecurity changes requiring formal authorization
