Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas and/or Power Plant industry.
  • Must have knowledge of Hazardous Area – ATEX/IECEx; OT Cybersecurity – IEC 62443; PTW/LOTO, MOC, HAZOP, SIL; instrumentation & control and LV/HV electrical.

Responsibilities

  • Manage safe, reliable operation of site electrical systems, instrumentation, and OT cybersecurity infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical support, resources, and timely delivery of materials/equipment.
  • Lead I&E maintenance projects, design reviews, testing, commissioning, and timely closure of action items.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a hands‑on, technically sound Instrument & Electrical Engineer to manage the safe, reliable, and secure operation of site electrical systems, instrumentation, and OT cybersecurity infrastructure. Operating within a high‑hazard bulk liquid and chemical storage terminal, this position balances daily preventive and corrective maintenance with project execution, vendor supervision, and technical reviews to ensure continuous terminal availability.
