Job summary

DAAD Global LLC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a technically strong HVAC Engineer to lead HVAC projects from design review through testing, commissioning and handover. You will review drawings, verify heat loads, select equipment and coordinate with consultants and clients on-site.

The role requires 3+ years of HVAC execution experience, hands-on VRF, split/ducted and chiller systems, AutoCAD and Excel proficiency, and strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of HVAC execution experience.
• Hands-on experience with VRF, split/ducted, packaged and chilled water systems.

Responsibilities

• Review HVAC drawings, specifications and BOQs at project start.
• Verify heat load calculations, equipment selection and duct/pipe sizing (AutoCAD).
• Prepare submittals, drawings and compliance statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and site trades.
• Supervise testing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and tracking of budget against cost.
