Job summary

Leading Edge, a Canada-based company, is seeking an HR person to support operations from Karachi. The role requires fluent English (spoken and written) and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle HR documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and admin tasks while working night shifts, on-site. 0–1 year experience is welcomed; a degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
