Job summary

Naeem Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd. seeks an Assistant HR Manager for its head office in Lahore to support HR operations, workforce planning, recruitment, and employee management across Punjab.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in HRM or related field and at least 3 years of HR experience, with exposure to large-scale retail or FMCG environments preferred. Experience with HRIS systems is required and knowledge of SAP Business One or FlowHCM will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience; large-scale retail/FMCG multi-location experience preferred.
• Professional HR certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment and workforce planning.
• Support HR operations across Punjab branch network.
• Handle attendance management, employee relations and performance management.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
• Work with HRMS/HRIS systems; SAP B1 or FlowHCM knowledge is a plus.
