Job summary

EY Lahore is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to support employee lifecycle activities across the Lahore office. You will report to the HR Operations Manager and provide high-quality, compliant HR services to the service line and stakeholders.

You will manage sensitive cases, drive process improvements, and leverage data and AI tools to enhance efficiency while safeguarding confidentiality and accuracy across the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related discipline.
• 4-6 years in HR operations, employee relations or shared services.
• Experience handling sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting tools and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee lifecycle activities across locations and align with policy.
• Advise managers and stakeholders on employee relations and performance concerns.
• Assess complex HR operational matters and resolve within remit.
• Oversee HR processes like exits, PIPs and documentation.
• Promote data-driven HR insights and operational improvements.
