Job summary

Devsinc is seeking a motivated HR Intern to assist the HR team with day-to-day operations in Lahore, Pakistan. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

You will help maintain HRIS records, prepare reports, and support events while learning in a dynamic environment. A focus on confidentiality, organization, and a proactive attitude will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, BA, or Psychology.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
• Help organize engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support payroll and attendance tracking as needed.
• Respond to basic employee queries and escalate when required.
• Assist with policy documentation and compliance tasks.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
