Hotel Sales Manager in Khanpur

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel sales and revenue. Your main goal will be to attract new customers and retain existing ones through excellent customer service and effective marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed the hotel's revenue goals
• Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop promotional packages and special offers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
• Train and motivate the hotel's sales team to achieve their targets

Requirements
