Job summary

Pakngos seeks a senior hospital management professional to lead Cat-C Hospital, ensuring uninterrupted services and strong coordination across OPD, inpatient, emergency, and support services. The role requires safeguarding medicines, equipment, and facilities while driving quality, safety, and patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

  • MBBS or BDS with MPH or equivalent Master's.
  • Management experience in hospital settings preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the Cat-C Hospital and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Coordinate clinical and support services, including OPD, inpatient, emergency, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, anesthesia, OT/surgical, physiotherapy, and other applicable services.
  • Ensure adequate staffing, duty rosters, attendance, supervision, and performance in coordination with HR.
  • Ensure availability and efficient management of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, utilities, logistics, and other resources.
  • Lead implementation of quality assurance, patient safety, infection prevention and control, SOPs, and clinical/service standards.
  • Monitor hospital KPIs, patient flow, service utilization, patient satisfaction, complaints, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate financial, administrative, and resource management with the financial manager and relevant departments.
  • Ensure effective emergency preparedness, contingency planning, referral mechanisms, and continuity of essential health services.
  • Ensure compliance with government health requirements, applicable regulations, EPHS/service standards, contractual obligations, and approved SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate hospital records, performance data, and timely management/operational reports.
  • Coordinate with district health authorities, referral facilities, government departments, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote patient-centered, equitable, safe, respectful, and efficient healthcare services.
  • Identify operational gaps, take corrective action, and scale critical issues to senior management.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: MBBS/BDS with MPH or equivalent Master’s
Minimum Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in Hospital Management / Health
