Job summary

Brickstech in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive (female) to manage daily accounting operations, AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial records. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in textile/manufacturing/export industry is preferred.

You will coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics, assist with monthly closing, prepare aging reports, and support audits while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and general accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare customer invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for payments.
• Verify supplier invoices and coordinate payment processing.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare aging reports for receivables and payables.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics departments.
