Job summary

Zameen Developments is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of a high-rise, multi-story building project from foundation through handover in Pakistan.

You will coordinate contractors, subs, and site engineers, enforce safety and quality standards, manage schedules and procurement, and deliver the project on time, within budget, and to code.

The role requires a Civil/Construction degree and 10+ years of relevant experience on tall buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management on high-rise or multi-story projects.
• Proficiency with PM software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all on-site construction activities for a high-rise project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site engineers to match drawings and timelines.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and manage change orders.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are strictly followed.
