• Prepare HR reports and trackers.
• Support training coordination and attendance records.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle HR documentation via Employee Portal.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Coordinate with departments for HR activities.
• Perform additional HR tasks as assigned.
