Job summary

Descon is seeking an HSE Supervisor with 3–5 years of supervision experience in HSE across any industry. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (3 years) and images of NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, and HSE management system training or related certifications.

Candidates should demonstrate strong English communication skills and a practical ability to implement HSE plans, welfare measures, and incident investigations in a dynamic environment.

Work Experience: Minimum Supervisory experience of 3-5 years’ in HSE in any industry.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction/ HSE awareness sessions to workers.
• Ability to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions
• Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices, and behavioral aspects of the proposed division scope of work.
• Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
• Practical experience in implementation of HSE MS elements.
• Ability to conduct HSE inspections
• Ability to understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedures
• Ability to speak read and write English with effective communication skills
