4–6 years of relevant experience in an HSE role (textile/manufacturing industry preferred)
HSE certifications and NEBOSH certification.
Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with legal and organizational requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, regulations, and buyer safety requirements.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
Organize and conduct HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices across all departments.
Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, permits, and documentation.
Support emergency preparedness planning, drills, and response activities.
Coordinate with management, compliance, and production teams to improve workplace safety culture and environmental performance.
