Job summary

CoreHaul Logistics in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry department and craft the menu's pastry offerings. You will supervise a team, develop recipes, and ensure quality and presentation across all desserts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment and recipe development.
• Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks and provide feedback.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with other chefs.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Lahore Pakistan As the Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and executing unique and delicious pastry dishes for our menu You will oversee the entire pastry department including managing a team of pastry chefs and ensuring the quality of all pastries produced

Key Responsibilities

• Create new and innovative pastry dishes that align with the restaurants concept and menu

• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our pastry offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role

• Creativity in designing new pastries while also being able to execute classic recipes with precision

Salary This position offers a competitive salary starting at 1700$ per month
