Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) seeks a Head of Quality Assurance to lead the independent SQA unit across Core Banking (T24), Payment Switch, Digital Channels, and API integrations. You will architect shift-left automated regression suites and integrate them into CI/CD release pipelines to detect defects early in active development sprints.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of dedicated software quality assurance and testing in enterprise banking environments.
• Experience with Core Banking (Temenos T24), Switch, and Mobile App QA.
• Hands-on automation expertise with Selenium, JMeter, Appium, Postman, RestAssured.

Responsabilités

• Lead the independent SQA unit across Core Banking, Payment Switch, Digital Channels, and custom API integrations.
• Architect and implement shift-left automated regression test suites integrated into CI/CD release pipelines.
• Define and enforce QA gating criteria aligned with DoD standards.
• Manage SQA resources, test coverage, defect density, and performance testing.
