Job summary

PureLogics is looking for an engaging Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance communication, interpersonal, and workplace skills for employees and learners in Pakistan. The role requires confident facilitation, adapting content for diverse audiences, and strong English communication.

The trainer will develop materials, lead sessions, assess progress, and collaborate with HR and L&D to identify needs and report outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging soft skills training sessions for employees, interns, and trainees.
• Conduct interactive workshops on communication, interpersonal skills, and professional development.
• Develop training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
• Train participants on verbal and written communication, active listening, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Deliver sessions on presentation skills, public speaking, professional etiquette, and workplace communication.
• Conduct training on time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, adaptability, and conflict resolution.
• Deliver training on client communication, client handling, relationship management, and upselling techniques.
• Facilitate role plays, group activities, discussions, and practical exercises.
• Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Customize training content according to the audience’s needs and skill level.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and relevant teams to identify training needs.
• Maintain training records and provide feedback/reports on session outcomes.

PureLogics is looking for an engaging and experienced Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver training programs that help employees and learners improve their communication, interpersonal, professional, and workplace skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in conducting interactive sessions, facilitating discussions, and adapting training content to different audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, L&D professional, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to conduct engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to develop training content, presentations, and learning activities.
• Strong understanding of workplace professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Previous experience working with any LMS or digital learning platform.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering training in a corporate or technology environment.
• Experience training fresh graduates, interns, or early-career professionals.
• Basic technical knowledge of common technology stacks, software development concepts, or IT terminology.
• Certification in Training & Development, Instructional Design, L&D, or related areas.
• Experience with coaching, mentoring, or employee development programs.
• Familiarity with modern learning tools and virtual training platforms.
• Experience designing competency-based training programs and assessments.
