Job summary

TPL Insurance is seeking a Head of IT PMO (VP grade) to lead the IT PMO and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic projects in Karachi. You will coordinate software, infrastructure, cloud, operations, and QA teams to digitize business processes and deliver value on the IT and Digital roadmap.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in a similar financial services PMO, PMP/Prince2 certification, and strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• PM/Prince2 or PMP certification mandatory; Agile desirable.
• 10+ years in a similar IT PMO leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT sub-departments and manage digitization initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery and roadmap alignment.
• Maintain IT controls, governance and dashboard reporting.
• Shaped demand and prioritization with stakeholders.
• Ensure SAP support delivery and project budgeting.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.
