Job summary

ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Limited is seeking an experienced banking professional to oversee Islamic financing credit screening, Shariah risk assessment, and product development. You will coordinate with asset heads, support groups, and regulators to ensure compliant financing solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years banking experience in branch banking, Islamic Banking, credit, or sales management.
• At least 2 years in credit.
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Banking, or related discipline; professional certification in Islamic Banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initial screening of credit proposal/credit applications
• Identification of Shariah non-compliance risks and remedial measures
• Address credit related inquiries from Shariah, support groups and regulators
• UAT and implementation of Islamic financing products
• Coordinate with Head Asset in developing Islamic financing products
• Monitoring of pre and post-disbursement stages
• Management of Charity Account
