Job summary

The role requires 8–10 years in ESG within banking, a Master or Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, and strong regulatory knowledge to drive risk assessment and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in ESG or sustainability within banking
• HEC-recognized degree in relevant field
• Experience in regulatory reporting and ESG disclosures

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of sustainability frameworks and roadmaps aligned with global standards.
• Ensure ESG reporting aligns with national and international standards.
• Perform environmental and social risk assessments for credit proposals.
• Develop sustainability reports and MIS for regulators and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ESG practices across the bank.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and green financing products.
