We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in our bustling restaurant in Lahore. As the head of our culinary team you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, managing kitchen staff and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain menus that reflect our restaurants concept and appeal to our target audience
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new dishes or techniques to enhance the menu
• Control food costs by minimizing waste and monitoring portion sizes

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with other departments
• Creativity and passion for food with an eye for detail
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
