Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of hands-on project delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent clients/projects.
• Background in IT services, BPO, or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery.
• Strong experience in capacity planning and resource management.
• Hands-on experience with delivery dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Client Management Experience handling client communication and escalations.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new client teams.
• Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ensure SOPs, training, and delivery standards are implemented effectively.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps early, and drive corrective actions.
