Job summary

EuroTech in Lahore seeks a Concierge Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest service during their stay. You will greet guests, provide information on local attractions, and coordinate transportation and dining reservations to enhance experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years in concierge or hospitality customer service, excellent English, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as Concierge or hospitality customer service.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages preferred.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local attractions and area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and assist with requests.
• Provide info on local attractions, events and dining.
• Assist with reservations for transportation, dining and activities.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Address complaints promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
• Track guest preferences for future visits.
• Report maintenance or safety issues as needed.
