Job summary

GulfDesign UAE in Multan, Pakistan is seeking a motivated Concierge Assistant to support daily operations of our concierge services for clients on a contract basis.

You will greet guests, arrange reservations and transportation, provide local recommendations, handle inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Fluency in English and Urdu and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Urdu; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their inquiries and requests.
• Make reservations and arrange transportation for guests.
• Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants and events.
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
