Qualifications

• Familiarity with local area attractions and services
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and reservation software experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, events and restaurants
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events or other activities
• Arrange transportation or book tours for guests as requested
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage storage and delivery to guest rooms
• Help coordinate special requests from guests such as room amenities or special occasion arrangements
• Ensure guest satisfaction by following up with any concerns or requests
