Job summary

ImagineArt is seeking a Growth Product Associate to join our on-site team in NSTP, Islamabad. You will collaborate with senior product and growth leaders to identify opportunities, launch experiments, and optimize the user journey from discovery to retention.

You will drive organic growth through content formats across major social platforms, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to convert insights into actionable product work.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Understanding of product funnels and user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and ability to drive user action.
• Comfort working with data to answer questions and support decisions.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Willingness to ship and iterate.
• Availability to work on-site at NSTP, Islamabad.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior, feedback, social trends, and competitors.
• Run growth experiments from hypotheses to metrics and scaling decisions.
• Support organic acquisition through content formats and creator collaborations.
• Improve the user journey by reducing friction in signup and activation.
• Translate insights into clear briefs and user stories.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Creative teams.
• Maintain experiment trackers and dashboards to monitor metrics.
• Build repeatable growth loops connecting content, creators, sharing, and product experiences.
• Explore AI tools to speed research, analysis, and experimentation.
• Document learnings for future initiatives.
