Job summary

ImagineArt is seeking an Associate Product Manager – Growth to join our Islamabad-based team. You will partner with senior product and growth leaders to identify opportunities, launch experiments, and optimize the user journey from discovery to activation and retention.

You will drive organic growth across social platforms, connect content and product experiences, and build repeatable growth loops while iterating quickly with data and feedback.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business/Economics or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of product funnels, user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and discovering audiences’ actions.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data to inform decisions.
• Ability to break unclear problems into practical steps and execute.
• Strong written communication; ability to explain ideas clearly.
• Willingness to ship, gather feedback, and improve.
• Interest in generative AI and consumer tech; availability for full-time on-site NSTP Islamabad.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Run growth experiments: form hypotheses, define success metrics, launch tests, decide scaling.
• Support organic acquisition across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn.
• Improve the user journey: optimize landing pages, signup flows, onboarding, feature discovery.
• Translate insights into product work with briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Creative to launch experiments.
• Maintain experiment trackers and dashboards; report findings with next steps.
• Build scalable growth loops connecting content, creators, sharing, referrals, and product.
