Job summary

ImagineArt is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Growth in Islamabad to work with senior leaders on opportunities, experiments, and the user journey from discovery to retention.

You will focus on organic growth via TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, aligning channels with product experiences and driving qualified traffic and adoption. Ideal for a curious, execution‑oriented early-career candidate.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, analytics, marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of product funnels, user acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and curiosity about how content reaches audiences and drives user action.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data to answer questions and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities: Analyze user behavior, feedback, social trends and competitor activity across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Run growth experiments: Define hypotheses, success metrics, launch tests and decide scaling or stopping.
• Support organic acquisition: Test content formats, messaging, creator collaborations, distribution strategies across major platforms.
• Improve the user journey: Find friction in landing pages and signup flows, coordinate improvements to boost conversion and activation.
• Translate insights into product work: Write briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for growth initiatives.
• Work across teams: Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Creative to move experiments from idea to launch.
• Measure what matters: Maintain experiment dashboards and monitor acquisition and product metrics.
• Build repeatable growth loops: Connect content, creators, sharing, referrals and product experiences.
• Use AI and automation: Explore tools to speed up research, analysis, reporting and experimentation.
• Document learning: Record results to inform future experiments.
