• Strong new business development and lead generation skills for a robust sales pipeline.
• Understanding of consulting, certification, and compliance offerings in a business context.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and client interaction skills.
• Experience in account management, maintaining relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or consultancy in professional environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple opportunities.
• Comfort working on-site in Lahore District with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline.
• Generate and qualify leads; conduct meetings and presentations with prospects.
• Support contract negotiations and close deals with guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain client accounts and CRM records; prepare proposals and sales documentation.
