Job summary

Hamster Garage LLC is seeking a Partnership Marketing Analyst to help build and scale affiliate and creator programs for top brands from its Lahore office. You will recruit partners, report on performance, and schedule client meetings while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Strong English and 0–2 years exposure are preferred. You will work with US and global clients, using Excel/Sheets to analyze data and present insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a tier-1 university.
• 0–2 years of client-facing work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with publishers and networks globally.
• Top 1% in client-facing skills and professional communication.
• Strong organization and professional presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Excel; data extrapolation and summarization.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of new partners based on target audiences; use HG tools and team strategy.
• Perform reporting activities twice a week and maintain trackers.
• Schedule meetings with partners and clients; update invites.
• Take notes and call out action items from meetings.
• Perform trademark bidding audits and coupon audits for compliance.
• Run competitive analysis for client programs.
