Job summary

Digifloat is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive growth across local and international markets. You will manage WordPress websites, oversee social media, and coordinate targeted campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and 2+ years in BD or digital marketing, with strong communication and analytical skills to generate quality leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years in Business Development and/or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on WordPress website management.
• Familiarity with European job boards, recruitment platforms, and marketing portals.
• Experience managing corporate social media channels and content creation.
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Explore and manage European job portals and recruitment platforms to support business expansion and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to generate leads.
• Manage and update company websites using WordPress, including content updates, page creation, and basic website maintenance.
• Handle and optimize company profiles on various marketing portals, business directories, and online platforms.
• Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.), create engaging content, and enhance online presence.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activities.
• Monitor website and social media performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support branding, marketing, and business development initiatives.
