Job summary

Hired is seeking a Growth Manager to drive scalable growth initiatives across our platform and optimize user acquisition channels. You will lead strategic planning, work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering, and make data-driven decisions to enhance platform performance.

You will develop and execute growth strategies for user acquisition, retention, and monetization, analyze metrics to identify optimization opportunities, and manage paid campaigns across digital channels,

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with proven success.
• Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, or similar data tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM and social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
