CodesInTech, based in Islamabad, is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You will craft engaging content and manage our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Responsibilities include developing monthly content calendars, creating posts and campaigns, running paid social advertising, monitoring engagement, and producing weekly to monthly reports to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media/digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with Canva and basic graphic/video editing tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, SEO, hashtags, audience targeting, and social media advertising.
• Strong analytical, creative, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant content opportunities.
