Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field.
• 1–3 years in business development, sales, lead gen, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through research and networks.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Manage structured follow-ups to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with senior reps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and activities.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams on proposals and quotations.
• Track opportunities and follow up on pending discussions and proposals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activities.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
• Prepare reports on pipeline status and conversions.
