Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up, executing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and other creative assets that align with campaign goals.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance by tracking key metrics. Prepare reports to identify trends and recommend areas for improvement.
• Optimization: Support the optimization of campaigns to improve key performance indicators including CTR, conversion rate, CPC, and ROAS.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate different ad strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing and allocating budgets across campaigns to maximize return on investment and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Market Research: Perform research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to inform and refine campaign strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure cohesive and successful marketing efforts.
