Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and audience segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Strong written communication to translate IT concepts into marketing content.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for quick graphics.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools (GA, Meta Business Suite).
• Eager to learn new digital tools, test growth tactics, and adapt messaging for different markets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social and paid media.
• Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Adapt messaging for hyper-local and global audiences based on region.
• Draft copy for social posts, ads, landing pages, email newsletters, and short-form videos.
• Support budget tracking, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Track growth metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and report ROI.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to improve social reach.
