Job summary

Level 3 BOS in Karachi seeks a results-driven SEO Specialist to strengthen online presence, boost organic visibility, and grow sustainable traffic across digital assets. You will research keywords, optimize content, perform technical audits, and lead link-building efforts to support business growth.

You will work with writers, designers and developers to implement SEO best practices, monitor performance with GA4 and other tools, and translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven SEO or digital marketing experience.
• Strong on-page, off-page and technical SEO knowledge.
• Hands-on with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of keyword research, search intent, content optimization, backlink analysis.
• Basic HTML/CSS and familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS.
• Understanding Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Perform technical SEO audits addressing crawling, indexing, site architecture, and performance.
• Lead off-page SEO with link-building, outreach, and backlink analysis.
• Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz; prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to apply SEO best practices.
• Track rankings, backlinks, competitors and algorithm updates; adjust strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversions, domain authority and UX.
