Joint Hashworks is seeking a Performance Marketing & ASO Manager to drive growth for Android utility apps, overseeing user acquisition, ROAS, and monetization. The role emphasizes hands-on Google Ads campaigns, ASO, Firebase Analytics, and data-driven optimization.

The position involves night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) with Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays, collaborating with designers and developers to optimize campaigns, creatives, and market strategies for global reach.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Mobile User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for Android/mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPI, CPA, LTV, retention, revenue, and campaign scaling.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase Analytics and Google Ads conversion/event tracking.
• Strong understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) and Google Play Store growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads App Campaigns, including value-based and ROAS-focused campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, geographic expansion, and scaling of profitable campaigns.
• Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPI, CPA, LTV, retention, conversion rate, revenue, and user quality.
• Analyze user acquisition and in-app performance through Google Ads, Firebase Analytics, Google Play Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize conversion events, revenue events, and campaign signals to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Develop and implement ASO strategies to increase organic visibility, conversion rates, and downloads.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and Play Store listings.
• Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, creatives, audiences, markets, bidding strategies, and Play Store listings.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to test high-performing ad creatives and assets.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for international growth and monetization.
