Job summary

Zong Business Solutions in Lahore seeks a Grid Manager to oversee KPIs across Sales, Revenue, Business Development and Network utilization within the assigned grid. You will drive performance by deploying new retail outlets, optimizing stock, and coordinating cross-functional teams to maximize coverage and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in telecom sales or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 2–3 years of work experience in sales/telecom or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth from 3G/4G sales and handset sales by expanding smartphone shops and improving retailer quality.
• Ensure quality of gross adds and 3G/4G gross adds.
• Expand channels (SIM selling, ML, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, Postpaid) by identifying high-potential areas within the grid.
• Place timely purchase orders by franchises to ensure stock availability.
• Handle end-to-end complaint management and monitor CSI and quality assurance at the franchise.
• Coordinate trade marketing activities for brand visibility, trade promotions, and events in the territory.
• Identify untapped areas, guide sales route planning, and prepare sales forecasts for SIMs, scratch cards, and recharges.
• Plan localized promos with Regional Sales Head for areas with low sales and network utilization.
• Coach and supervise staff and retailers to ensure product knowledge and market discipline.
• Ensure POS material availability at outlets and coordinate with marketing and channel teams for events.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize network resources and LTE/3G/4G utilization.
