Job summary

X UP Brands is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to craft high-performing visuals for social media, email newsletters, and website banners. The role centers on translating marketing objectives into compelling visuals using Figma and related tools, with a strong emphasis on brand consistency.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in graphic design, solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout, and comfort designing for ecommerce contexts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential and heavily used in daily tasks.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for social media and email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives (static posts, carousels, ads) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create email newsletter designs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Design and optimize website banners, landing pages, and promos.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to align with campaign goals.
• Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints and brand identity.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX practices, and platform best practices.
• Prepare and export assets optimized for web across platforms.
