X UP Brands LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our e-commerce-focused team. You will design high-performing visual assets for social media, email newsletters, and website banners, translating marketing goals into compelling visuals.

Formación

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Proficient in Figma (must-have).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.).
• Knowledge of email design best practices (responsive layouts, CTA placement).
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.

Responsabilidades

• Design engaging social media creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create email newsletter designs to drive engagement and conversions.
• Design and optimize website banners, landing pages, and promotional visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to align campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints and brand identity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX practices, and platform best practices.
• Prepare and export assets optimized for web and different platforms.
