Job summary

Exomit, a Lahore-based e-commerce agency, designs and optimizes product images, banners and A+ content for Amazon and Walmart listings. You will collaborate with product managers, copywriters and PPC specialists to translate brand guidelines into on-brand visuals that meet marketplace requirements.

You will create templates, batch-process large numbers of images, and support A/B testing to improve click-through and conversion rates, while maintaining organized asset files and remote

Qualifications

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for image editing and layout composition.
• Experience creating Amazon A+ content, product images with white background, lifestyle images and infographics.
• Strong understanding of file preparation: resizing, color profiles (sRGB), background removal and export optimization.
• Ability to create templates, mockups and batch-process large numbers of product images.

• Collaborate with product managers, copywriters, PPC specialists, and account managers to translate brand guidelines and campaign objectives into on-brand visuals.
• Optimize images for marketplace specifications (file formats, dimensions, color profiles, and compression) while preserving visual impact and conversion-focused presentation.
• Develop reusable templates and asset libraries to streamline listing creation and campaign deployment across multiple SKUs and markets.
• Support A/B testing of creative elements, analyze performance feedback, and iterate on designs to improve click-through and conversion rates.
• Maintain organized asset files and version control, and communicate effectively with remote stakeholders and marketing teams.

Job Specification

Must-have skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for image editing, vector work, and layout composition.
• Experience creating Amazon A+ content, product images with white background, lifestyle images, and infographics compliant with marketplace rules.
• Strong understanding of file preparation: resizing, color profiles (sRGB), background removal, clipping paths, and export optimization for web and marketplace platforms.
• Ability to create templates, mockups, and batch-process large numbers of product images while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and composition for e-commerce conversion optimization.
• Good communication skills and ability to accept feedback and collaborate with remote stakeholders and marketing teams.
