Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• No prior work experience required — this is an entry‑level trainee position.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key plant functions to gain broad exposure to manufacturing, maintenance, and process operations.
• Work alongside experienced engineers on production efficiency, equipment reliability, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting for technical and operational issues.
• Assist in implementing safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards on the plant floor.
• Participate in structured training sessions and on‑the‑job mentorship as part of the trainee development track.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects involving engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
