• Rotate across core business functions to build technical, functional and professional skills
• Get hands-on training in plant operations, maintenance and process systems (engineering disciplines)
• Work in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and HRM (for Supply Chain and HR disciplines)
• Gain exposure to financial planning, budgeting and reporting (for Finance and Economics disciplines)
• Receive structured mentorship and on-the-job coaching from senior professionals
• Take part in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
