Job summary

SPEC Refinery (PVT) LTD in Lahore invites fresh Electrical Engineering graduates to join as a Graduate Trainee in Electrical Power. The program offers hands-on exposure to local and overseas projects in oil-and-gas and EPCC sectors, with company-funded technical training abroad.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Power) or Mechatronics, CGPA 3.0, basic AutoCAD familiarity, and a willingness to commit to a three-year service bond to benefit from specialized training.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates with a 3.0 CGPA on a 4.0 scale.
Willingness to commit to a three-year service/bond period to benefit from specialized training.
Basic familiarity with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating electrical design documents, including design basis, specifications, and datasheets.
Prepare and review single-line diagrams, load lists, and cable schedules.
Gain experience with lighting, lightning protection, and earthing systems.
Work with switchgear, motor control centers, transformers, and UPS units.
Perform electrical analyses and studies using ETAP software.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving.
Be ready to take part in domestic and international assignments as project needs evolve.
