As a Graduate Platform Engineer supporting Huawei Pakistan on an on-site professional basis across Pakistan, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of network troubleshooting, server maintenance, database management, and cross-functional engineering collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities include applying strong understandings of TCP/IP, the OSI model, routing and switching, VLANs, and network troubleshooting across 3G, 4G, and 5G networks, administering Linux server environments, writing Python scripts and managing SQL databases, processing, analyzing, reporting, and visualizing large datasets, exploring big data technologies like Hadoop and Hive, collaborating proactively with senior platform architects and core engineering squads, and interacting directly with engineering leads and platform specialists like Mehran Ali Khan.
