Job summary

Flipdish is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Lead in Karachi to guide enterprise customers from contract to successful go-live. You’ll coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to manage complex rollouts, track milestones, dependencies, and risks, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will act as the main daily contact, translating requirements into clear updates and driving momentum while owning outcomes across high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, customer success, or support roles.
• Ability to run milestone-driven processes with defined endpoints.
• Experience managing a large concurrent portfolio (5+ accounts preferred).
• Ability to translate between technical/commercial language and client updates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for enterprise/high-value customers from handover to go-live.
• Manage a concurrent portfolio with milestones, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups.
• Be the primary day-to-day contact for customers during onboarding and set expectations.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to unblock issues.
• Translate customer needs into actionable internal context and track progress.
