Job summary

Esire is seeking a creative Fashion Designer to develop new styles for our international brands, focusing on US, UK, and European markets. You will work across western wear, leather jackets, outerwear, denim jackets, shirts, and other contemporary apparel.

Collaborate with pattern makers and sampling teams to produce tech packs, review samples, and finalize designs for production, while tracking launches and ensuring market-ready products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Fashion Design or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in western wear, outerwear, denim, or leather apparel design.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current fashion trends.
• Good sketching skills; familiarity with Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of garment construction, fitting, and fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends and develop fresh product ideas.
• Create design sketches, mood boards, and seasonal collections.
• Select fabrics, leather, colors, trims, and accessories.
• Prepare design specifications and tech packs for sampling.
• Work closely with pattern makers and sampling teams to develop new styles.
• Review samples, suggest improvements, and finalize designs for production.
• Keep track of design developments and new product launches.
